The Toronto Rehab Foundation (UHN) launched its most ambitious fundraising effort—raising $100 million in five years—with just two months to go from concept to launch. Sputnik developed and managed the “Where Incredible Happens” campaign, creating a unified identity and overseeing all aspects of creative, copy, photography, production, and rollout across departments and media platforms.

The campaign exceeded its goal ahead of schedule and became the Foundation’s core brand until its merger with UHN. Its success led to continued partnerships on UHN initiatives such as The Conversation Lab and UHN Nursing, supporting education, recognition, and compassionate care.
